The physical plane
The physical plane is our tangible body. It concerns our bones, muscles, organs, skin, functioning of blood circulation, breathing, digestion. Most of us know how to properly take care of our physical body. We try to eat healthy foods, exercise or even pamper our physical body with special massages, cosmetics, and beautification procedures.
Mental plane
Mental plane is our intellect and values. How we learn, how we process and analyze information, and how we turn ideas into reality. We try to constantly work on improving at this level, we go to school, study at university, try to improve our skills, gain new work experience. In today's world, great emphasis is placed on this level and it is recognized with diplomas, titles, and prizes.
Emotional level
Emotional level it is the bridge between the mental body and the physical body. Our thoughts and values create our emotions. Emotions then motivate or discourage us from activities. They are a drive for development or, on the contrary, for destruction. These are experiences such as love, joy, well-being, fear, sadness, jealousy, anger, anxiety and shame.
Energy plane
Advanced ancient cultures, for example in India, China and Egypt, were devoted to this plane and its development. Energy enters the body through energy centers (chakras) and subsequently flows through our body through energy pathways (Meridians). Negative life events and traumas can disrupt the harmonious flow of energy in the body and this can subsequently affect our psychological well-being or physical health. Today, we are slowly returning to this knowledge and realizing the importance of the energy plane again. One of the many used methods of Chinese medicine is, for example, acupuncture.
